Kosuke Terashima is a Professor at Osaka Kyoiku University, holding a Ph.D. in Informatics. After completing his graduate studies at Kansai University, he worked at Kyoto University of Foreign Studies and Nagasaki University before joining Osaka Kyoiku University in 2015. He focuses on training in-service teachers at the professional graduate school for teacher education. His research specializes in educational technology, particularly teacher education and media education, with interests in TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) and instructional design of teacher training programs. He is Vice President of the Japan Association for Educational Media Study (2024-) and a Board Member of the Japan Society for Educational Technology (2013-2021, 2023-).
